To place an order, browse our selection of products, select any item you want, and fill out the accompanying form to submit an order request. If you have multiple products you'd like, you should submit a request for each since they have different customization options. Don't worry, I'll invoice them all together in one order.

Bespoke services need to be estimated and quoted based on the specific requirements of you project. As such, you should select the service type you're interest in from our services page, then fill out the accompanying inquiry form for that service, providing as much details as possible. I'll reach out with a quote and/or for more clarity if needed and we'll take it from there.

We offer a range of bespoke services, including custom metalwork, repairs, and restoration. Contact us with your requirements, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Important Note: the forge is an active work zone with open flames, hot metal, welding apparatus, and various heavy tools and machinery. As such, we are not responsible for and will not be held liable for your safety if you choose to enter the workshop.

The time it takes to receive your order depends on the specific item and any customization involved. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and will provide you with an estimated delivery date.

As you may be aware, due to the nature of handcrafted, made-to-order goods and bespoke services, we are unable to offer nor accept any returns for any reason other than an order error on our part, mistaken customization on our part, or product defect caused on our part.
We will do whatever we can to modify/correct/repair pieces that you're not satisfied with, if possible, but we cannot accept returns nor offer refunds.
This is simply due to the nature of custom work crafted specifically for you. Thank you for your understanding.
